FREE Tax Prep Offered at Missouri State – West Plains

Do you need help filing your taxes? Officials with the School of Accountancy at Missouri State University in Springfield will provide free 2012 income tax preparation and e-file assistance to Missouri State – West Plains students and prospective students, as well as full and part time faculty and staff, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 2, in the Lybyer Technology Center.

Appointments are necessary. Please call 417-255-7255 or drop by student services office in room 207 of the Lybyer Technology Center to schedule an appointment. Appointments will be on a first come, first served basis.

It’s That Time of Year Again!

It’s time, once again, to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA. The FAFSA should be submitted as soon as possible after January 1st. You must submit the FAFSA before March 31st in order to be considered for the Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program, Supplemental Grant, or the Federal Work-Study Program. The Missouri State-West Plains school code is 031060.
