- BOG meeting in Springfield Feb. 6; New board chair, Peter Hofer will attend some West Plains events.

II. Departmental Updates
Development (Joe Kammerer):
- True Blue Auction – April 8. Tickets can be purchased through the Development office at a reduced price $20/person, limit 2 per faculty & staff; Inter-Departmental contest proceeds to benefit Hass-Darr Hall.
SBTDC (Bronwen Madden):
- Introduced her new assistant, Naomi Minahan

TRiO (Mary Kellum):
- Accepting student applications; First generation, low income and/or disabled.

Career Development Center (Jared Cates):

Garnett Library (Sylvia Kuhlmeier):
- Donation of historical DVD’s and books were received
- Friends of the Garnett Library luncheon Friday, Feb. 12; Ana Estrella and Joseph Rugutt will be the speakers.
University Community Programs (Jennifer Moore):
- All full-time and part-time faculty and staff now have access to one ticket for each University/Community Programs theater event. The ticket is available on a first-come first-serve basis at the West Plains Civic Center Box Office upon showing the employee BearPass ID. The ticket can and should be obtained prior to the day of the event.
