FY26 (July 2025-June 2026)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Anyone interested in taking adult education and literacy classes for preparation to take the high school equivalency (HiSet or GED) must register<\/strong> in advance and complete an orientation. Orientations are two weeks <\/span>BEFORE<\/span><\/b> the sessions begin. Please fill out the intake form by the dates listed below.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Session 1-July 7-September 12- fill out intake form as soon as possible.\u00a0 Orientations are scheduled through June and July, so save your spot before they fill up!<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Session 2-September 15-November 21-fill out intake form by <\/span>August 28<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Session 3-November 24-February 13- fill out intake form by <\/span>November 6<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Session 4-February 16-April 24\u202f- fill out intake form by <\/span>January 29<\/span><\/b> \u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Session 5-April 27-June 30\u202f- fill out intake form by <\/span>April 9\u202f<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your local adult education and literacy (AEL) center offers you a second chance to have the future you’ve dreamed of by offering classes to help prepare you for the High School Equivalency Exam (HiSet).<\/p>\n

We currently have class sites in the following towns:\u00a0 Ava, Doniphan, Gainesville, Hartville, Houston, Mountain Grove, Poplar Bluff, Salem, Thayer, West Plains and Willow Springs.<\/p>\n
