CCAMPIS grant (Brenda Smith)
- The grant will assist 30 low-income enrolled parents with childcare. Learning Tree is partnering with us.

Higher Learning Commission (HLC) (Michael Orf)
- HLC visit Monday & Tuesday, November 6 & 7. Staff will meet with the team on Tuesday at 8:00 AM in Lybyer T104-105. Please attend if possible.

Faculty Senate Report (Mary Kellum)
- Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP) test will no longer be utilized. Replacing it will be an enhanced portfolio assessment (Chalk & Wire)
- Respiratory care program will be discontinued
- Changes are being made to the Faculty handbook to coincide with Springfield
- Working group was formed to handle international issues
- Watch for email & phishing attempts
- Agreed that an increase in non-traditional students would help and a focus should be on recruiting those students

- ADP process has changed to an online format. Dr. Bennett will be sending out the timeline soon
