- AC has not met for the last two sessions
- Enrollment Update: STAR on July 19th is anticipated to have a large number of students participate
- Mary Kellum reported Faculty Senate has not been meeting. Their next meeting is scheduled for September

- Reminder for staff to attend the BIT/Grizzly Care Team training on Friday, July 12 from 9-11am in Melton 112

Discussions:
- Staff Events/Potluck:
- September 19th – Employee Picnic – 5:30pm at the Richards House. In the case of rain, the event will move to Lybyer.
- October 31st – IT Potluck – Lybyer 103-105 @ 11:00 am – 1:30 pm
- November TBD – Kellett Hall Potluck
- December 13th – Academic Affairs and Faculty potluck – Lybyer 103-105 at 11:00 am – 1:30 pm
- January 17th – University Community Programs Potluck – Magnolia Room, Civic Center at 11:00 am – 1:30 pm
- Chancellor Lawler is providing all of the food and drinks for the September 19th Employee Picnic. CJ will send out link for folks to sign-up for food and drink items to bring for all other potluck gatherings.
- Mary Kellum reported Trio would like to sign-up for February 2020.
- Rachel Peterson reported Hass-Darr would most likely sign up for March 2020. Would let everyone know for sure on a later date.

Department/Committee Reports/Updates:
- IT
- Banner upgrades have been scheduled for Saturday, July 13, starting at 6pm
- Another round of upgrades to take place Sunday, July 21st, starting at 6pm
- Banner 9 training July 18 at 1pm, direct questions or needs to Mike Scheidt prior to training
- Staff
- Krista Lair was chosen as a Staff Ambassador for the coming year and Dr. Lawler has expressed she will support any staff who is interested in serving in the future
- TRiO
- TRiO is serving 4 students on the Mountain Grove campus
- Testing Center:
- Alex Graham encourages any staff who knows of a student who needs to take the TOEFL test, please send them her way
- Student Life:
- The bulletin board in between the restrooms in Hass-Darr is now an approved location for non-university flyers
- Res Life:
- Volunteers are still needed for Move-In day on August 17 and there is a link to schedule your spot, in Take Note
