As a two-year public institution, we provide accessible, affordable, and quality educational opportunities.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Call to Order<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Approval of Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Approval of August Meeting Minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chancellor\u2019s Report &#8211; Dr. Dennis Lancaster<\/strong> &#8211; Everyone is invited to two special University events this week:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60th Anniversary Chamber Mixer on Thursday 9\/14 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Carol Silvey Student Union, and<\/li>\n<li>60th Diamond Jubilee on Saturday 9\/16 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Amphitheater on the west campus. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to celebrate 60 years of excellence. Our new Grizzly Ambassadors&#8211;Mike Scheidt, Luke Hurtt, Julie Dulaney, Ron Kerns, Katie Dudden, Rebekah McKinney, and Trevor Cressman&#8211;will participate in a WP campus tour this Friday 9\/15. They are also meeting with the University Staff Ambassadors (USA) for lunch.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Goodbye Paper PAFs!<\/span>: An improved process for submitting and tracking personnel action forms (PAFs) begins\u00a0Monday, Oct. 2. Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.missouristate.edu\/human\/2023\/08\/29\/extra-extra-read-all-about-it-say-goodbye-to-paper-pafs\/\">HR Blog<\/a> for more details about the new process.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Employee Benefits Fair<\/span>:\u00a0All full-time and part-time employees are invited to Missouri State University\u2019s Benefits Fair from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25 in the Student Recreation Center.\u00a0Employees will have the opportunity to meet with our various insurance and benefit providers. More details will be forthcoming in Take Note.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Free Flu Shots<\/span>: Flu vaccination clinics will be held Tuesday, Oct. 3 and Wednesday, Oct. 25 in the Student Recreation Center. Scheduling information will be announced in Take Note.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2024 Wellness Incentive<\/span>: Details will be announced soon.
