Like we hear around, \u201cit takes a village\u201d to bring this event to this level. At Missouri State University, full-time employees can carry forward\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.missouristate.edu\/Human\/vacation-leave.htm\">vacation leave<\/a>\u2014but only up to a point. If your balance exceeds\u00a0twice your annual allowance\u00a0by\u00a0June 30, you\u2019ll lose those extra hours. Check your leave balance through the Employee Dashboard in MyMissouriState.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shared Leave Pool: <\/strong>The\u00a0Shared Leave Committee\u00a0is working toward a goal of\u00a02,500 donated vacation hours by June 30. Donations can be made in\u00a0one-hour increments, and every hour matters. When you give to the Shared Leave Pool, you\u2019re not just donating hours \u2014\u00a0you\u2019re providing peace of mind, relief, and support\u00a0to someone in your MSU family during a time of need.
