An attempt to gather names of attendees will be made during the July meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Approval of Agenda &#8211; <\/strong>Motion to approve and seconded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Approval of May Meeting Minutes &#8211; <\/strong>Motion to approve and seconded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chancellor\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chancellor Lancaster was not present, but he wished everyone the best.<\/li>\n<li>Zora Mulligan will be starting soon and will be coming around during July\/August.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>President\u2019s Report (Trevor Cressman)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chancellor Lancaster\u00a0<\/strong>will become Staff Emeritus following his retirement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>That Friday Thing &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>The next event will be held at the old GoCat building. Date: TBD<\/li>\n<li><strong>Name for the old GoCat Building &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Trevor will look into the process for a new name.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Staff Senate Social Gatherings &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Springfield Staff Senate get together monthly. Brings us together and have an opportunity to interact with those we don&#8217;t see very often. Is that something our West Plains Staff Senate would like to do maybe 2-3 times a year?\n<ul>\n<li>We could do this on a smaller scale for fundraising events.<\/li>\n<li>Casino Night was mentioned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>President Elect Report (Position Unfilled)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If anyone is interested in filling the position of President Elect, please contact Trevor Cressman<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Secretary Report (Kileene Collins) \u2013<\/strong> not present, no report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treasurer Report (Alexandra Graham) <\/strong>\u2013Alex was not present but did share we have $2,116.58 in our account. $250 has been added from cookbook sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department Updates, Announcements, and Committee Updates\/Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Committee Reports<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>No reports this month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Department Reports<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Human Resources (Alyssa Collins)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Alyssa was not present but did share the Employee Appreciation Week activities for June 16-20.<\/li>\n<li>The Mammogram bus still has appointments available for June 25 at no cost to female employees over 40 with the MSU health plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assessment and Accreditation (Alexandra Graham)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Alex was not present but would like to meet with Assessment Committee members soon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Upcoming Events &amp; Important Dates:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>June 23-27 &#8211; <\/strong>70 middle school students will be on campus for Summer Scholars.<\/li>\n<li><strong>June 24\/26 &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Carla Huddleston has coordinated planned events with South Howell County Ambulance and the Howell County Dispatch, so don&#8217;t be alarmed if you hear sirens or see flashing lights on campus on those days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For a complete list of events, please go to<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.wp.missouristate.edu\/\">https:\/\/calendar.wp.missouristate.edu\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Adjournment:\u00a0<\/strong>Meeting adjourned.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Date\/Location: June 12, 2025 &#8211; 10:30am via Zoom In Attendance: Attendance was not taken.
