The nomination was seconded by Vickie Petkovic and all approved.<\/li>\n<li>Summer Scholars Recap \u2013 18 High School, 65 Middle School (83 Students Total). Thank you to all that helped with the success.<\/li>\n<li>The question was asked if the recent reports that Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe vetoed parts of the state budget, including additional funding for higher education that would have funded a 3% salary increase for employees in higher education has any repercussions to us? Trevor said no because the governor\u2019s initial recommendation was 1.5%, we budgeted for that amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>President-Elect Report<\/strong> (N\/A)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Looking for interest into being the President-Elect.<\/li>\n<li>Will be reaching out to people in the next month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Secretary Report<\/strong> (Kileene Collins)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you attended the Staff Senate Meeting in June (Last month), please send Kileene an email. We did not get attendance and need that for the minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Treasurer Report<\/strong> (Alex Graham)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$2,116.58<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Committee Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No reports this month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Department Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Human Resources <\/strong>(Alyssa Collins)\n<ul>\n<li>New Full Time Staff\n<ul>\n<li>Sara Branson \u2013 Director of Athletic Training &amp; Wellness<\/li>\n<li>Brie Brooks \u2013 Head Softball Coach<\/li>\n<li>Joe Greenwood \u2013 Assistant Basketball Coach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>GAP applications will be available next week, and more information will be available in Take Note.<\/li>\n<li>The ADP process will be changing. More information will be available in a couple of months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assessment and Accreditation <\/strong>(Alex Graham)\n<ul>\n<li>Assessment Update\n<ul>\n<li>Newsletter \u2013 will come out every month. Send ideas for future newsletters to Alex.<\/li>\n<li>Aug 11 prep for HLC accreditation. All invited. More information to come.<\/li>\n<li>Alex provided an overview of Watermark regarding co-curricular and how it applies to staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Web and Media <\/strong>(Kris Brinkerhoff)\n<ul>\n<li>Review your web pages online and get them updated. Always enter a description of what changed before publishing your changes.<\/li>\n<li>When adding a Calendar Event always choose the start and end time <strong>(do not check the All Day button for your events).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Need help? Contact <a href=\"mailto:KrisBrinkerhoff@MissouriState.edu\">KrisBrinkerhoff@MissouriState.edu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Training: Need to setup future Calendar Events based on past events? (Learn how to easily copy past events to future dates.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Office <\/strong>(Barbie Mustion &amp; Christina Kerley)\n<ul>\n<li>They are working to wrap up FY25 so please check your budgets and process any June invoices to the business office ASAP.
