Covid Response Team Update: Brenda Polyard

- Q&A Session yesterday which covered:
o Current Active cases: 1 employee and 4 students and there are some on quarantine
o Testing/Vaccines discussions:
Rapid testing for symptomatic employees will be available soon, more to come
Self-testing will be available soon and more information to come - Celebratory/Success Story:
o Darrell Hampsten SBDC, Goals/Criteria was to serve 100 clients – he served 455, and a goal to help find 90 jobs, and he helped over 900; very impressive to reach such numbers amidst the pandemic - Questions: Is there a price difference between the two different types of tests offered at Burton Creek?
o We have a contract with Burton Creek for $100 per test and it will be covered by our insurance.
Welcome Guests:
- Stacy Tintocalis – Executive Director Heart of the Ozarks United Way:
o Funding agencies and filling gaps locally
o Received a grant to assist the homeless population
o Working on a grant to assist with utility deposits to those in need

- Instagram and Twitter training guides have been developed. Facebook and Snapchat training guides are in the works. Contact Colter Billings for more information.

- Christmas/Holiday Luncheon alternative idea: – In person luncheon at the Sole Cafe, with limited seating/safety precautions with RSVP’s for time slots, to be held the week of December 14.
- Poll results: majority feels safe with such an event and willing to pay $6.50. Results will be sent to Dr. Lancaster
- Employee Recognition Luncheon alternative idea: – Outdoor event in May. Ideas can be sent to Alyssa. Service awards will still be given out in January.

- Alternative Fall Employee Picnic (Bingo Night): Thank you to all who attended. We had a wonderful time of fun and fellowship.
- Meeting location update: During last month’s meeting, it was discussed to offer in-person meetings with a zoom option but room availability is challenging with our current day and time. For the remainder of this fall, we will continue to hold Zoom meetings. Polled for options in spring.
- Poll results: majority opting for In-person with Zoom option on Fridays. We will reassess again before final decision is made
