Chancellor’s Report
- August 22 the Masking Policy goes into effect. The link to the policy – temporary policy requiring masks indoors
- Employee Vaccination Incentive Program and the Student Vaccination Incentive Program
- KN95 masks are available to all employees and cloth or disposable masks will be available to students
- STAR tomorrow
- Diversity Commons Area is in progress
- Welding Lab completion projection in November
- Looney Hall expansion begins in December
- Ozarks Heritage Resource Center at the Garnett Library is in progress
- Chancellor search to begin soon
- August 27 Town Hall at 2:30 Melton 112 with the option of Zoom; it will also be recorded to view later
- Enrollment looks stable at this time and still working on it
- Long Range Planning committee focusing on Student Success

- Covid Vaccinations- Local COVID-19 vaccination opportunities are available at Ozarks Healthcare and Howell County Health Department. Registration for these vaccination are done through the state vaccine navigator https://covidvaccine.mo.gov/find/
- Chili Cook-Off Event Discussions
- Usually held on the same day as Lee Denim Day which is Oct 1 this year
- Proposed we ask for $5 donation to go towards a catered item ie: Chili from Wendy’s

- CRT (Covid Response Team) – Reminder when you go to Burton Creek for testing, make sure you take your University ID and Crockett Oaks is now the point of contact for Covid-related items
