Staff Senate Mission Statement:

The Staff Senate serves as a liaison to administration as an advocate for staff welfare and productivity, in conjunction with the University’s mission, to support, improve, innovate, and promote academic excellence.

      • Enjoy President’s Extra Given Day: Since July 4 falls on a Tuesday this year, President Smart is giving everyone July 3 off, as well. Non-exempt staff should record the day as “Extra Given”.
      • Don’t Lose Vacation Time:As we head into summer and our fiscal year comes near its end, we remind you to check your current vacation leave balance. Refer to the HR Blog for instructions.
