- After his retirement, Dennis Lancaster will become Staff Emeritus.
- That Friday Thing! The Physical Plant, Small Business Development Center and West Plains Chamber of Commerce will be hosting at the “Old GoCAT Building” on June 27th from 9-11 AM.

Celebrate Employee Appreciation Week June 16-20!
- Monday: Wear your Grizzly Gear and gather at the Smith-London Bell Tower at 4 p.m. for a faculty and staff group photo. We hope to make this an annual event.
- Tuesday: Share photos and shoutouts on social media with our official #GrizzlyShoutout hashtag! Also, as a special “Thank You” from human resources, collector lapel pins will be given to all full-time staff.
- Wednesday: As an expression of gratitude for all you do, Chancellor Lancaster is hosting an ice cream social at 4 p.m. in the Carol Silvey Student Union. All part-time and full-time employees are invited.
- Thursday: The university will be closed for Juneteenth. Enjoy the day off!
- Friday: Last, but not least, kickoff the weekend with an early release at 3 p.m., courtesy of President Biff Williams.
Mammogram Bus: Appointments are still available for the OZH Mobile Mammography Unit on Wednesday, June 25. The bus will be parked in the north Lybyer parking lot (off Cass Avenue) from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call 417-257-5912 to schedule an appointment. Preventative screening is available at no cost to female employees over 40 with the MSU health plan. Refer to the flyer for more details.
