Chancellor’s Report

• No updates this month

 Strategic Plan Update (Lindsey Waggoner)

• Goal Work Groups are incorporating feedback into their final proposals.
• Our Mission, Vision, & Values statements will be presented to the Board of Governors for approval, during their May meeting.
• The next interactive workshop will be on Friday, April 24 in Rec Center from 2-4 p.m. and Chancellor Mulligan will also give an HLC update at the end of the workshop.

 President’s Report (Trevor Cressman)

• A Spring Picnic for all employees will be on Friday, May 8 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Richard’s House.
• This is Trevor’s last meeting as President and officially turned his duties over to Lauren Willis.

President Elect Report (Lauren Willis)

• Due to Lauren’s upcoming paternity leave, and planning ahead, we need to vote on the next President Elect a little early:

Treasurer Report (Alex Graham)

• Christina Kerley is currently out of the office and as a result, Alex was unable to obtain how much we have in our account.

      • Will be meeting with as many faculty as possible to discuss course assessments/planning.
    • Questions:
      • Re: Faculty Dashboard – Is it possible to see who is teaching what classes, including dual credit? Ans: There should be reports available to view. – Located in My Grizzly Den on the Watermark Faculty Resources card.
      • What happens with Co-Curricular reports after they are turned in? They will be logged and measured in Watermark by Dr. Totty.
      • Will staff ever be involved with Watermark? Dr. Totty is using it for co-curricular items, and it may eventually branch out to others as needed.

    • Schedule Vacation! Now is the time to review your vacation leave balance. Full-time employees can carry forward leave but only to a point. If your balance exceeds twice your annual allowance by June 30, you will lose those extra hours. Check your leave balance through the Employee Dashboard in MyMissouriState.
    • Medicare Session: A Medicare 101 educational presentation will be held Tuesday, April 28, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., in Hass Darr Hall 101. RSVP online.
