• The Staff Senate serves as a liaison to administration as an advocate for staff welfare and productivity, in conjunction with the University’s mission to support, improve, innovate, and promote academic excellence.

  • Vote on Staff Emeritus status for Mark White
    • Emeritus status may be granted to retiring staff and administrative employees as a special recognition for exemplary work performance and outstanding, loyal, and dedicated service to the university.
    • To be eligible for the title, staff members must also satisfy the following requirements:
    • Completion of at least ten years of service in a full-time regular position.
  • Shared Leave Committee Representative
    • A representative from the WP Staff Senate is needed to serve on the Shared Leave Committee for a two-year term. The committee reviews shared leave requests and cases via Zoom on the 2^ndTuesday of every month from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Refer to the Shared Leave page for more information.
