    • Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program (CCAMPIS) grant – Brenda Smith
    • Higher Learning Commission (HLC) Visit next Monday & Tuesday – Dr. Orf

      Staff meet with team on Tuesday, November 7 at 8 AM, please try to attend if possible

    • Amphitheater Grant has been awarded to us waiting on appraisal
    • Faculty Senate report – Mary Kellum
    • Appraisal and Development Plan (ADP) Process has changed to online; Dr. Bennett will be sending out the timeline soon
  4. Other Business:

    • Date for University Holiday Reception for Faculty/Staff Senate
    • Budget Meetings are taking place for 2018-2019
    • Hass Darr completion mid to late March
    • Respiratory Care Program will be discontinued
    • Banner upgrades Saturday, Nov. 4

    The Staff Senate serves as a liaison to administration as an advocate for staff welfare and productivity, in conjunction with the University’s mission, to support, improve, innovate and promote academic excellence.

    • Red Carpet day Friday, November 3 at Civic Center Theater at 9:30am
    • Grizzly Basketball games on Friday and Saturday at 7pm
    • Diversity Donuts on Monday, Nov. 6 from 5:30-7:00 in Melton 112
    • Friends of Garnett Library Fall Fashion Show & Luncheon on Friday, Nov. 17, 11:30-1:30 at West Plains Country Club
    • Beyond the Circle Dancers on Saturday, November 18 at Civic Center Theater at 7pm (free admission)
